Introducing the Natural Health & Wellness Center Team

Cindy
Cindy - Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant

I’ve worked in the medical industry for many years and since my employment with Dr. Hoch I have learned that you can heal yourself naturally. It’s amazing that doctors’ and hospitals tell you if you take this “magic” pill you will be better. I was one of them! I guess I forgot what I learned in school. The nervous system controls EVERYTHING! I love telling patients my story; there is nothing better than seeing them have their own light bulb moment when it comes to chiropractic care!

Jill
Jill - Therapy Chiropractic Assistant

Why do I work for a chiropractor? I have been a chiropractic patient since 2003, and the care I have received has changed my life. I enjoy taking the knowledge I have learned to teach others how chiropractic can benefit them. The most important part of my position is to assist patients with therapy. Helping our patients have a better day is what I hope to achieve!

Donna
Donna - Billing and Office Manager

Hi, I’m Donna. You can count on me to answer any of your financial inquiries daily from 9am to 2pm. I have 16 years of experience with patient accounts, accounts receivable and insurance claim submission and reimbursement. I know from experience that chiropractic can benefit you in more ways than you can possibly imagine. I have been seeing Dr. Hoch as a chiropractic patient for the past 13 years. Give us a call; we would love to meet you and show you what our office is about.

AndreaHi. My name is Andrea. I’m currently taking classes to become a Certified Nursing Assistant, and then move on to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. I have been a patient of Dr. Hoch’s for about three months, and began care because of frequent headaches and neck pain. I now understand how adjustments help the body and what effect they really can have on our patients' overall health. I, personally, went from relying on painkillers daily to make my headaches go away, when sometimes all it really takes is a little adjustment.

What's the difference between chiropractic and medicine?
Medical treatment focuses on the disease or the symptom. Chiropractic focuses on the person with the disease or the symptom. Medical treatment usually involves changing blood chemistry. Chiropractic involves restoring nervous system integrity. Medical doctors prescribe medicine. Chiropractors adjust the spine—a common source of nervous system interference.
What causes subluxations?
Chiropractors acknowledge three types of stress: physical, chemical and emotional. When the adaptive capacity of your body is compromised, weakened areas along the spine can become involved. Muscles tighten, spinal joints lock up and nearby nerves are affected. The purpose of chiropractic care is to find these areas and restore balance, alignment and motion.
